For purchase, restore, Screen Time permission, sound, or connection questions, email the DialUp support desk. Include your iPhone model, iOS version, and the step that did not work. Never send passwords or private app content.

DialUp is a product of ARLEX AI LTD, a private limited company registered in the United Kingdom under company number 17217705. Its registered office is 118 Chatsworth Court, Pembroke Road, London, United Kingdom, W8 6DL.
DialUp stores your selected apps, line settings, onboarding choices, connection deadlines, and local event receipts on your device. Apple represents protected app selections to DialUp using opaque Screen Time tokens. DialUp does not receive the names or content behind those tokens in normal use.
DialUp does not collect browsing history, messages, photos, contacts, precise location, advertising identifiers, or the content of protected apps. DialUp does not sell personal information, use third-party advertising, or track you across other companies’ apps or websites.
Subscriptions are processed by Apple through the App Store. DialUp can read a verified entitlement status needed to unlock Plus, but does not receive your full payment-card information. Apple’s handling of purchase data is governed by Apple’s own privacy policy.
DialUp does not operate an account system or cloud database for app activity. On-device settings remain until you change them, reset DialUp, or delete the app. Information may be disclosed only when required by law or necessary to protect users and the service.
DialUp is not directed to children under 13 and does not knowingly collect personal information from children.
You can disable protection, change selected lines, reset onboarding, manage or cancel subscriptions through Apple, or delete the app to remove its local data. For privacy questions, contact diegocardenas0091@gmail.com.
DialUp subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled through Apple. Use of the app is subject to Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement.
